Your baby doesn't have to be in a special exercise class for his body and motor skills to develop. Babies get enough exercise as it is doing what they do all day — crawling, walking, and playing. But classes like these do offer some benefits.

They teach you different ways to interact with your baby and tell you what your baby is physically capable of at a given stage. Mommy/Daddy-and-baby classes help you bond with your little one and you get to meet other parents and their children. Finally, if an infant has known physical or neurological problems, baby exercise classes and physical therapy can be extremely helpful for their development.
